*For all tours meet at Hackbridge Railway Station car park at 09:30am (car park free on Sundays) No booking necessary, no fees.

*Tour finishes at 13:00pm

*It’s an enclosed site so once you’re in you have to be escorted out

*Stout footware is recommended, or wellies if it’s wet

*Copies of the Beddington Farm Bird Report are usually available on site at Ł5
